Manage to get alot of walking calories burned according to samsung phone, yesterday over 6000 steps. Got the living room and dining room packed up.
Bathroom cleaned and floors vacuumed and laundry done.
Did overeat the weekend, not drastic, so I stayed in neutral zone, holding the 171. Will eat less for the rest of the week, still continuing to try to get the weight down. My sweating in the Florida heat helped me not to gain weight. A/C on inside apartment ofcourse, but outside all 3 days sweating so much , I had to change shirts twice. At night its been running 90 feel like temp with heat and humidity. Even Buddy had a disgusted look on his face when he went out on patio, he is like his owner.. does not extreme heat and humidity...LOL
Have a super week everyone :) Hoping to do a Fat Secret weigh in this week to post a weight loss.

Yes HCB I did find a place, was not easy, but I believe I got a winner
(Good Neighborhood,2 bedroom, 1 bath, good balcony view for Buddy, water bill is on $40 {Most complexes around scalp you for $79-$120}, cable is 1-70 and they only charge $15, rent is $889, there are 2 pools and 2 club houses and laundry facilites and free membership to a local spa)- I do not think I will do better than that for this area!!!! :) :) :) :)

$1200-$1300 for a small one bedroom!

Must be Buddy day (we do grooming and have 2 cockers and one is Buddy). We in La. we know that humidity all too well....it's been funky this week....when we take the kiddies out for boarding, none want to hang outside this week. :) Have a great week. Good luck on weigh in.
