Day 7 Back to baseline. Helping a friend of a friend move stuff this weekend so that's actually given some extra movement which doesn't hurt. Feel a little like I've given up my weekend but it's what I'm choosing (and what was I going to do better with my time anyway?) and it's good.

Today is groceries, more helping later this evening. Tomorrow I will find something fun to do for myself to celebrate and get some downtime, really intentionally do something for me. Not sure what yet, but it won't involve huge amounts of people and it will involve being outside.
184.2 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
