Ginsin's Journal, 11 May 2016

Well, the damn scale is not moving...but on the good side, my Tanita shows 2% less in Fat Percentage. I know that's great, and I even lost 2" belly fat, but I really want that damn scale to show 255 again. I know we've all heard it, don't worry about the scale but at this rate it'll be another 10 years before I get to my goal. Frustrated at the numbers.

I just read an article about throwing your scale away and how to measure your progress. I personally don't own a scale. I use the animal scale at work. Next weigh in 6/30. You are doing great :)

In reality I want to see 175 but, baby steps! More like snail steps.

You are doing very well. That small instrument never moves fast for me either. Lots of time it just goes up and down. However, I am doing better with it.

A good way to see the scale move is to log your weight more often. It will move all over the place. It will also help you to spot trends and make faster if not daily adjustments...

You are doing good, don't get obsessed with the scale, as long as you are doing what you should and feel good that is all that matters, the weight will come off. I only weigh myself once a week because every time I step on it I expect to see a huge drop in pounds and that is not how it works.
