Can I please just see 216 lbs?? I weighed myself the other day and it was 218. So frustrating cause I was 217 eleven days ago, and I worked out 4 days in a row and sweated my behind off. lol. I thought I would have at least lost a pound. But no, I gained a pound. How awful.

When you break down and rebuild muscles they retain some water - which shows up as weight on the scale. It will flush away as the muscles heal. Don't feel discouraged - you are doing the right things and the results will come!

Ashley - the scale can flux +- 4 lbs just from water and sodium intake ....weigh every day and graph the trend or use a tape measure or a pair of pants!

Yea, sounds like muscles retaining water to help them heal. It will go away and the scale will eventually catch up.
