Good morning world! Staying on track and staying focused!

I realize I am not alone in my struggle to maintain my weight loss. I lost 150 lbs in 2006 and have since gained back 50 of those lbs. Lyrica is responsible for some of those pounds and my night eating the rest. But, aside from not liking how that 50 extra pounds look on me, those 50 lbs are causing havoc on my body. I have 'tried' to get those 50 lbs off for the past 6 years.....this IS the year I get them off and keep them off.

I think it's great that you already know you can do it from experience. The meds will make it somewhat harder, but you have less to lose, and if the meds help you to feel better, then it will be easier for you to move your body around. Pretty picture. You look like a girl who is determined to get what she wants!
