Tomorrow is my first week weigh-in since getting back on track. You guys have sparked something in me...I feel different....I feel powerful! I also feel comfortable to share a picture of me at my highest weight, 316 lbs and my lowest adult weight of 165 lbs. I am working on getting back to 165 lbs....at 5'3" (not sure where I lost 2 inches along the way!!) I'm still considered obese by charts...but that's where I am most comfortable in my skin. Not sure I'm doing this correctly....we shall see. :o)

Okay, so it didn't work!!!! I'm so not computer savvy. Well, until I figure it out, let the visual be a sweet very fluffy gal in 2006 and a hot mama in 2009! :o)

I am so happy you decided to stop before you got up to 300 again. Getting your mind set to lose the weight is hard to do, but you did it once, you can do it again.

Linny, I don't even know you and I can hear the happiness and feeling of confidence in your voice. I empathize with so much of what you've said this week...the weight issues almost all of my life, the current physical pain it's brought with it and even getting to a weight that feels good and healthy regardless of where it falls on someone's chart. Most important, I share the different feeling. Hold tight to what is powering you and know that you're improving your life with every step you take and every healthy bite. CHARGE!!!!!
