ok... I've updated my stats chart for home (i like hard copies of things) ...... I made a weekly workout chart of basic things, just to get off my a$$ and do something. if I end up doing more, cool.. if not, atleast I did something... also I have made a menu .. let's see if this menu works better than the last. last one was too hard to follow and weakened my determination. .. so I'm gonna tear that up.... well I should finish grocery list but I'm kinda sick of computer stuff right now. besides I should probably make dinner ha ha ha all this talk of food and I've hardly made anything all day .... thank you everyone for your help :D

I started with walking - 10 minutes at a time when I first went out! Then I worked up to 90minutes, we gotta start somewhere.

So I do think the new plan looks like a good one. Now everyone's approach is different...but I'd try working with this one a couple weeks and see what happens. Then start tweaking rather than pitching the whole thing and starting over. Maybe different/more veggies, different kinds of protein, etc. IMO if you're starting with a group of healthy foods that make you feel good, keep you satisfied and do NOT make you sick, you're headed in the right direction. There's too much good healthy food out there to have to suffer. This process shouldn't need to be torture.

More power to ya. We all have vices. Its about collective virtues that make us stronger. One step closer workout plans are awesome. :D
