today feeling more motivated.... went for a bike ride, played soccer and hockey.. ate food that was on the plan I typed up. I'm absolutely stuffed. haven't had dinner yet... I don't think I will be anytime soon. but even if I do it will only be 21 net carbs with what I had planned. I will be a little over the 1350 calories I had planned (that number served me well in the first 30 some odd pounds lost) .... but I'm not worried about it...

also talking to a friend and going over my plans... hope he joins me in all this. HE BETTER!! (if you're reading this .... I don't have to justify cause you're used to my threats lol)

thank you Carmen (is that you suzy??) ......... thank you Christine... maybe reverting to a bunch of fruit carbs for a while and then low carb again will give me some sort of boost (one can only hope lol)

What an absolutely EXCELLENT day!! Fun with the family, food that sounds like it makes you happy and the opportunity to threaten a friend ;-) Seriously, seeing poeple feel really good about what they're doing makes me smile.

it was a great day.. my little man keeps me on my toes... I wanted to make a thing of everyday take him for a walk or bike ride... so far so good..... ha ha ha I've known miller666 since 2001, I've been threatening him for 15 years! he's my best friend and I wanna drag him along on my journey LOL

Hi Hunter are you doing LCHF again but with a MF twist? (Moderate Fat not Muthafu$&@$) ?? Or are you doing Scarsdale with LCHF properties? By the way, I was wondering who this mysterious and sexy "Carmen" was... I'm glad it's Suzy!!

Well I guess LCHF .. but I'm. not worried about getting fats... I'm focusing on the low carb part. and I'm not going to live on bacon and butter ... I want to focus on avacado and coconut oil. I think they type of fats I was taking in before wasn't making me feel good... and I was all obsessed with meat, cheese, cream, butter and stuff so I wanted getting enough vegetables... I think I more so changed the way I see LCHF ... I don't feel I need fat bombs or that I shoukd drink butter like i literally did every morning .... I need plant based stuff.... cut the fruit sugars and grains and all that noise. and just get to basics of lean meat, and low carb vegetables and see where this takes me. hopefully this is the .inset that keep me healthy and lose weight.

I think it's a good opportunity for you, me too doing LCHF but I never really eat butter, I never really ate it that much. Bacon is a luxury at my house, we make it maybe twice a month. But... I'm down with the avocado, olive oil, meats, cheese (sometimes), low carb veggies. I never eat cream- is that whipped cream or sour cream? I do like Greek yogurt. I guess its finding the balance of foods you like to eat, taste good- and sticking with the program! I do throw a lot of Soysauce on things, and salsas... Not many carbs and it adds mega flavors. But I'm happy you're back to LCHF, I missed your happiness posts!!

Lol I miss my happy posts too! it would be nice to lose a freakin pound already lol!! but we will see how this works. should be fine and I already generally know what I'm doing.. but this plan I got together should set a good platform I think

Avocado = life. My husband doesn't really understand my avocado habit. Avocados and coconut oil. Also they both make wicked hair and/or face masks (the coconut and avocado - not my husband .. then again ... ) Bonus! No wastage here, I tell ya lol
