Distractions and substitutions are key for me. I also try to avoid caffeine. I'm low carb, so too much can cause a drop in blood sugar and an increase in cravings.

Log EVERYTHING you eat in your food journal... you will SEE how destructive your cravings are, and maybe make you think twice about what you're craving... Drink LOTs of water too...

Are your Cravings happening at a certain time of the day and are you craving anything in particular it is possible that you could be eating out of boredom I agree with the previous numbers that you should certainly lost things but once you block them sometimes your body is telling you you need something and maybe there's some other issue I will try to come back later today and take a look at what you have been eating and see if maybe I can give you some pointers or directions not that I know everything maybe I don't know much of anything but I have lost more than 130 pounds and 11 months

Ditto the above suggestions. Especially logging before you eat/drink. It can make a huge difference. For the substitutions - have them ready and available at all times!! It's like a food first aid kit ;-) Also really thinking about what I'm doing - am I genuinely hungry or trying to fix something with food. Sometimes too I'll decide I can have what I'm craving the much later - like go out to a restaurant and have it. By the time later rolls around, the craving has often passed.

I believe cravings are the bodies signal, that you are really burning fat. If you think that way, psychologically I think it helps. Also, maybe just a little relief is all you need. I like almonds as a reliever, and I don't notice that they put weight on either. Find foods that are filling. I think one of my tips is about filling foods.

Snacks are OK, but what we snack on and how we snack is often the problem. Measure your snacks and don't eat out the bags. Every time you have the urge to snack and you decide to go for it. Drink a tall glass of water before and after your snack.

Blkbear, Pinterest is one of my favorites for receipes too. I also really like Skinnytaste and she's great about including the nutritonal values. Lettygaylor who is a member here also has a really amazing batch of recipes posted in the FS recipe section. They're also on her profile page.
