Well, it took a heck of a lot of food to do it but I broke my 190 pound barrier. I will now reduce my calories back donw slightly and maintain mty weight training intensity for 2 more weeks and then start bringing in more (or any cardio for that matter) Cardio to start the Cut and Shred phase.
