My mild case of OCD helps me maintain my journal even before I am done eating.
Keeping track of what I eat, (every little thing) helps me know how much more effort I need to give out during my training. Oh yeah, I am a Triathlet by heart. I love the short course races and the Half IronMan distance as well. 2012 is going to be my year of the Full Long course 140.6 IronMan.
The thing I like most about training for the races is I get to eat,... A lot!!
I am a father of two not so little any more girls working for The Man so I can pay my way through my racing addition.
