A happy Friday to our FatSecret community! Kind of a volatile time with a lot on the plate, and it's not food. My wife's brother is back in the hospital, and I'm trying to find new mailboxes, that our tree trimmers knocked down, for my two neighbors. My knee is improving each day, and I was able to do a slow jog yesterday. Have a great weekend, and a wonderful day!
