A very happy Thursday to all FatSecret devotees. I'm back in Long Beach today, and hoping to play golf if it doesn't rain. My friend is back from Lake Tahoe, and we may take in an estate sale, as if we need anymore junk. Have the greatest Thursday everyone, and please embrace your food, it's not their fault or your scales fault. Just enjoy!
Warren's Diet Tip of the Day: Find foods, that work well with your diet. High fiber foods, that are natural, and not prepackaged are best. I like fresh vegetables like sweet peas, and almonds best for snacks. Remember it's not always about calories. Low fat foods don't suppress your hunger, so look for foods, that are filling, and satisfying. Find what foods work for you. Happy dieting!

Of course you're going to mosey over to RPV and play at Trump's course, right?! It's pretty over there. We lived in San Pedro, and our best friends were up in Rolling Hills Estates. Have a beautiful day!

Kp, we wish we'd played at Trump's Course. I think it is funny, he says he hits the ball 280 yards, I would love to see that. I would bet my cancerous life that wouldn't happen in 100 drives. lol

What a crazy day today! We hired tree trimmers to a hugely expensive job, and what do they do? They knock down two neighbors mailboxes. They are going to be hard to replace, and my neighbors are justifiably pissed off.
