Glad to be home where the food is known. When I travel next week I will be mostly prepackaged. I'm planning 2 meals out, which will be whatever as far as calories, though I will do my best (ahem) not to go outside of my normal foods, and 3 meals in my control. I'm looking to have fun with my parents more than anything else.

I'll be taking my climbing harness so I can hit a climbing wall down south, and I'll take my gym gear and try to get in at least 3 lifting sessions out of the 6 days.

It was 17 degrees here (65?) yesterday. The snow is gone in the yard. Snow pack is 75% of normal. For those who wonder if that's odd, why yes it is. Our last snowfall of 2015 was in May. We are at least a month ahead. If this is global warming, I'm ready turn tires so I can get the peach trees planted next year.
190.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I keep moaning about the fig tree I planted that dies back to roots every year. If we warmed up about 2 degrees Celsius I could get some figs.... Have fun with the folks! I'm eating with Mom tomorrow, so I expect to lose blue for a day or two again.

What is great is that we have our body to do body weight exercises when we travel! However to do lower body its better when we have weights. But then again I am sure you can hold a big rock or something and squat with it! :)
