so my attempt to restart induction has been completely unsuccessful but oddly, Im not stressing today.. I have had great days for most of the day then I have a small bite of this or that later in the day .. We have a lot planned for the weekend so instead of making myself miserable, Im just gonna start again Monday. Im not gaining. Im actually doing a super job of maintaining and Im loving the way I look at the gym these days.. so MEH, Monday it is.. Im still actively trying to watch what I eat so I get a "a" for effort..but for now Im just rolling with the punches.
Speaking of the gym, I just finished Jim Stoppani's short cut to strength 12 week program.. and I am in no way "cut" or any of that but I do feel super strong on the inside.. Imma research a new plan to start Monday and hope to take it up a notch.. time to become a fat burning mommy machine.. I will prolly start Jim Stoppani's short cut to shred bc I like him a lot and feel confident with his program that I just finished.
Monday I will go back to writing out my goals and mini goals and will break out the spiral notebooks again, but I plan to have a carefree weekend with the fam. GO ME ! Have a great Friday buddies.. and enjoy your fish dinner if thats what your having (since its good friday.) :) xoxo

I'm a firm believer in full diet breaks. That doesn't mean overeating it just means eating at maintenance for while as a physiological and psychological reset. Just watch the calories and you'll be fine. I think we sometimes overthink our diets and forget to have a life :)

OMGosh, CH, your so right.. I totally feel like I needed a "mental" break from the micromanaging.. I def want to get back on track and be super strict but I also just needed some down time. I dont think I ever really fully bounced back from the holidays.. Im so ready but just not today LOL .. Hunter, your pretty awesome yourself pretty lady !!

if you need a break and just want to maintain then do it. take care of yourself in whatever way you need at the time... you gotta focus on the physical? do it... Gotta focus on the mental? do it. I know I just want to see you healthy and happy :D
