Happy Day before Easter FS family! Im so excited today bc Ill be cooking up a storm today (joys of working from home. I can cook bc its really slow today). We are gonna have our annual game night, monopoly, life, loteria (Mexican bingo) and ps3 and Im making finger foods and there are tons of low carb/healthy options. Im making chicken Buffalo meatballs (I ground the chicken myself), bar b que cocktail weenies (in the slow cooker) a veggies/hummus and dip platter, chicken taquitos and some chips/pretzels and a pineapple upside down cake. SOOO some of it healthy some of it not so healthy.. Then tomorrow we are having steaks. All though I miss the days when we had cook outs and egg hunts on Easter, I dont mind the new "annual" get together meal we have not that the kids are older. I still bought lots of cascarones ( confetti eggs).
