Time change is kicking my butt a bit. Hard to get up when it's dark but trying.

Doing well on my food choices but will need to go grocery shopping soon. How does a 23 year old man eat so much?? :) It's Thursday...today and tomorrow then a couple days off. Next week will the first full week this month for me. I have enjoyed my short weeks but actually looking forward to getting back to a normal schedule (a little).

182.4 lb Lost so far: 49.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
