My Buddy Glen requested some LCHF Superbowl Snack/food ideas... My go to is Chicken wings, meatballs, chilled asparagus with ham rolled around it, shrimps, cheeses, assorted meats, tuna dip, deviled eggs, ranch, blue cheese and celery, green and red pepper strips...cauliflower, broccoli florets ...I think you get the idea...one or two light beers and you should still be within your range for the day...Who needs nachos or chips/crackers with all that delicious food? Hope this sounds good to you!

I saw a recipe of slicing Cucumber with a peeler, then spread it with hummus, crumbled feta and tomato, rollie up and place a toothpicks through them. I am going to try this, for a healthy option a that party I'm attending

I make nachos with raw zucchini slices substituting for the chips. Just put them in the microwave long enough to melt the cheese on top, and they stay crisp enough.
