After about 4or 5 days on LCHF I really don't want much more of the fat...Its satisfying for awhile, then it's like ...Ugh...get away from me! The best thing, is most or all of my cravings for bread or sweets is gone.
I am happy to meal plan around leaner meats and lots of greens. Maybe a few nuts for a snack and a wee bit of starchy carbs...JUST a bit though...
Still learning, everyday. Oh, BTW...Since Superbowl Snackfest is coming, I read something interesting. If and when you indulge, try to wrap it up within an hour...if you snack endlessly, all day, even though you are full, you keep eating,and become less satisfied, even though you may become uncomfortably full... due to a second insulin wave..
