Well my nutrisystem food arrived and today was my first day on plan. I am so full. I feel stuffed! I know I gotta trust it, but it seems counter intuitive to be this full on a diet. I guess that means I won't starve to death. LOL. I have always known that my biggest problem is not eating breakfast and sometimes no lunch, then I pile on the food for dinner. So maybe this really will work. I have set alarms on my phone to remind me to eat and drink water. Please let this full feeling be a good thing!

Was it good? Worth the price? I've never had it or seen it in person.

I have tried it and it is a good thing! Eating three meals a day is the best way to live!

I actually enjoyed the pre-packaged food. It's obviously not my cooking, but it's tasty. But small. That is taking g some getting used to. I keep thinking... Really! That's what a single serving looks like??? But the never ending raw veggies helps alot.

Sounds like you're on the right track. There's a scientific reason why eating large meals will cause weight gain: Large meals cause a big insulin release to process the food and insulin is handy at converting calories to fat. Eating 3 smaller meals will probably jumpstart your weight loss just by lowering your insulin.

It works because of that portion control. The trick is maintaining it afterwards. I lost 40 with nutri system when I was 24, also exercising daily, waking to work and step aerobics....but here I am again. Of course I'm 46 and had a baby somewhere in there so .....

My mother and her husband did it and they did really well. I remember them saying the same thing.

Wow! I checked consumer reports and Nutrisystem is the ONLY weight loss program that has great reviews and is accredited. Great choice!
