Since my atkins book is MIA i couldn't take it anymore and felt like I was winging it when it came to my meals, I sat down just now and a wrote out a plan for the week, focusing on using up all my veggies before they go bad. DH helped plan dinners and we decided to have a sit down dinner once a week. Well stocked on low carb goodness and did not let the midnight monster ef with me last night.. finally. I think its been waking me up bc Ive been trying to not eat so late but that doesn't always work out for me.
We should be getting a 2nd car either this week or next, or when I find one I like and once that happens I plan to be a morning gym person again or at least try to be hehe. It will be nice to be home in the evenings and Im looking forward to the change.
Still sore from last weeks leg work out which means progress to me!Have a wonderful Sunday everyone.. plan your meals, do some prep or take a walk, you will feel good about it !! xoxo Andee

Midnite Monster can't be fed if carbage doesn't live in your house. Is DH still dieting, or has he lost weight yet? Like the fact that you're upping the veggies.

Soon, DH is doing better every week. He is trying new things and cutting out or cutting back more and more every week.He is adding in more salads and fruit everyday and even taking a piece to work with him which is HUGE. He has also really,I mean really cut back the late night eating. Its my fault we have the crap. I bought some gummies and bought too many so the kid left some in the kitchen and I was like hey a gummie sounds good.. which I should know better. Im a weak state right now since I was on a month long bender in December lol. I asked the kid to take em to school.. I know they wont last 5 min there.. Other than the gummies, Im good and was sure to stock up this week.
