I just want to put out a diet tip that really looks good to me. I saw a gal at the bowling alley last night who was snacking on a bag of sugar peas, raw. I ate one and looked at the bag. 7 carbs per cup, but that was not net carbs. It was the Market Place brand so I assume she got them at Walmart. They were in individual sizes packets. They were very tasty, crunchy and a sweet. I was thinking this might be an option for me when I am just wanting a little something to snack on. I get weary of pork skins all the time.

They should have some fiber in them to offset the carb count. I don't do Atkins .... but, its nutritious, so why not?

Those are a great healthy snack. 2g fiber per cup so doable for low carb.

YUM! Also if you have an Aldis around they often have them at a good price though not in individual packages. I bought some a couple days ago also good in salads and stir fries.
