Hey buddies! Thank you for the warm welcome back yesterday :)

I kicked some butt at the gym and didn't even hyperventilate, how about that? lol Eating has been on point calorie wise. Last night I went to bed hungry. I hate that about the beginning of a new plan, it always takes some getting used to. Today I'm starving!! Doing the best I can. Threw back one serving of delicious cereal to quell the sugar monster. Having some bulletproof coffee to hopefully keep the hunger at bay throughout the evening and boost my fat intake. Don't ask what plan I'm doing, I have no idea lol.

I have class tonight, and a big 'neurological disorders' exam that I've been studying for since late last year lol. So much reviewing with a fellow classmate today that my head actually feels foggy. Time to take a break.

My baby brother had court today. I chose not to attend for my own personal reasons, mom made me feel guilty as all hell but I stuck to my guns and stayed home to work on schoolwork. Stress, stress, stress. It always finds me. But it's not what life throws at you, it's how you respond to it, right?
I saw this thing on facebook using a ship in the water as an analogy. The water doesn't sink the ship unless it gets into the ship. Be careful what you let get into you...? Something like that. Could probably double as an anti-teen pregnancy ad. lol

The plan is to get to the gym early early tomorrow. I'll be going to the hospital to get my assignment for this weekend as well as donating some blood tomorrow afternoon. No class tomorrow night, and amazingly enough no work either. It will be my only day off until next Wednesday. You can see how this gets overwhelming sometimes :)

Watch the Bulletproof stuff. It's A LOT of calories, and I've noticed that the women on FS can't seem to get under 170 while drinking it. Sometimes it's best to learn to take coffee black (zero calories), and that way you're not "drinking your calories."

I find it best to ease into any dietary changes. If I try to do it all at once, both mind and body will rebel!

Great to see you back! I am recently returning, too! Just tracking foods for now. Easing slowly into a change back to diet and exercise. Didn't do well yesterday. Yep, not a god start but oh well. Good luck on your exam! It sounds like you are well-prepared!
