Post-Christmas damage assessment: Woke at 224.4, up 4.4 from Christmas morning! And that was up 4.4 from Christmas eve. Lots of water in there and no doubt some body fat, too! Finished 16:8 IF and about to go out for a six-mile walk. Not 68 degrees like yesterday, but it's a tolerable 55! Will drink a lot of water today and will begin restricting carbs again. Five solid recovery days until the new year!

I think ya'll are nuts! I'd rather just indulge in moderation and skip the huge back to normal workouts! Have no doubt all three of you will succeed though :D

I'm not scale friendly at the moment but I'll review my damage assessment on Monday. I can't wait to see your process of getting those numbers down.
