I think I've been doing pretty fantastic with my calories. Oh wait, did I say that yestyerday? Yes? Well it's worth saying again, because it doesn't happen too often! I'm really glad this week is working out.
I really would have liked to have been 269 by this Sunday, but there's no way that's going to happen - my body doesn't drop 4 pounds in a week! I do wish I had a bit more self control when I was teaching the two courses in July, because that totally messed me up and I think has taken a while to get back on track. On the bright side though, I did get back on track!
One thing that is weird this week is that I'm not really motivated to exercise much - perhaps not enough food? Heck, who knows, could just be stress from all of the things I have to do before I leave on vacation.
I have to do a presentation and summary of an evaluation for this Saturday, and I have an assignment due while I'm away on vacation, so short of doing it while I'm away, I need to get it done on Sunday the 28th... Okay, so I'm a bit too busy for my own good!
Anyways, enough journaling - off to work on my presentation!
Add on to the journal: I created a challenge for when I get back from vacation. I want to make sure I get back on track, so I'm setting one up so I have something to come back to. I didn't want to spam all my buddies, so I thought I'd mention it in my journals and let you all decide if it's for you!
