Okay... I now realize why I shouldn't say things out loud. I was super happy with my calories this week, and then lunch today... OY!
We went out for a co-worker's last day, and even though I had the Tilapia, I looked at the calories, and it was 1,000 calories! Okay, the cream sauce and angel hair pasta should have been a clue, but oh well! I'll just have to make sure my dinner is reasonable.

calories are like a budget! If you spend too much in on place, or meal then you compensate at another! Its just one day...no worries!

The key thing is staying on track, and making sure you balance the indulgence with something else. Awareness is important.

Yep, got back on track on Friday, and had a similar situation on Saturday... oh well... I think that's just life! I'd prefer to have my calories be more even throughout the day, but I can't always have what I want, and as long as I am compensating with the other meals, it's just how it will have to be to continue to see movement on the scale!
