So yesterday was a extreme success in my book. No carbage, stayed under 30 net carbs, and got in a stellar work out. Lacked in cardio and only did 15 min on the treadmill but it was only bc I had to pu my son from work but I did do a few super sets to pump up my heart. Other then that.. perfect day. I wont lie,, it was super duper hard to resist the carbage and urges, omg I thought i would die, but I'm approaching it like AA *yes I know about AA thanks to my ex husband LOL.. anyway , their approach is one day at a time.. So Im taking it one day at a time..SO I just need to focus on today and get thru it with no cheats or carbage and dear lord please let me eat more green leafy veggies.

You are doing so good!! Get those bad carbs out of your system and the cravings will get so much better.

No need to panic -- you've been dieting for nearly a year and good habits should be second nature by now, not to mention that your kitchen should have healthy foods in it. You got this.

It's hard to cut back from extra carbs at first, is for me anyway, so congrats on a successful day 1. One day at a time is the way it's done, keep the trend going!
