I just want to say: If I've recently declined a buddy request from you, please don't be upset or feel rejected. I respect everyone on Fat Secret, regardless of how they choose to take this journey. But my time and my energy are limited, and when I came back to FS this past summer after a long absence, I realized that I had to be careful about getting over-committed and then neglecting people I'd agreed to buddy. Also, I'm kind of at a loss when people send a buddy request but I can't see their profile and I can't see if we have anything in common -- either personally or in terms of how we approach diet and nutrition. So please forgive me if I've rejected you in the past couple days. It wasn't personal and it wasn't capricious. I looked up the profiles of every person who's asked to buddy with me, and if I could see a profile and it seemed like there might be a connection -- then I said yes. Otherwise I said no. Hope you will all understand,

no worries I don't like to post pics or anything I don't do facebook I'm not very savy with computer so I keep it simple good luck with your healthy life style I don't like calling it a diet a good website is eat this not that lots of info
