To all my US friends, I wish you a safe and happy Thanksgiving. Enjoy yourself and may the idiot box be kind on Friday. If you do gain weight it will almost certainly be water and easily lost so don't stress over it.

Thanks for the links to the insulin mythology. Will be reading this over the holiday period. Will give you my thoughts. I have been diagnosed with diabetes since 2000 but I think I had it way before that. Long story ... Keep the Faith and Keep Praying for our country and your loved ones. Happy Thanksgiving
