Wanted - low carb pizza crust recipe. DH is asking for some homemade pizza. I put his toppings on store bought whole wheat crust and was thinking of making up something for myself too.
Thanks much.

Can you look at my recipe for deep dish pizza that's under my individual recipes ? It's really easy, and good.

Buffy,
Sorry recipe is under my custom recipes. If you can't then go to Linda's Low Carb web site, that's where I found the recipe for deep dish pizza, I've made it a couple of times. Each time it gets better :)

Notfast - I found it - and it does look good - bet it would even freeze (for an emergency snack). Thank you very much. I'm also looking for something "crispy" if you come across one.

Nonna - I appreciate the review. I looked at the recipe and like the way it is put together - with the cheese on bottom of pan. DH might even like it. To both of you (Notfast & Nonna)- Thank you!

Buffy
If you make the bottom layer of deep dish pizza, let it cool, then refrigerate for several hours, then later add your toppings and bake the last you will have a better "pizza crust". I can't really say it's "crispy" but it's pretty darn close. It's very filling also !

Ok, with mouth watering... think I will look this one up! Buffy, not sure if you are a 'mushroom' person...but I have always made mine w/ a large portabello mushroom, add meat toppings, veggies, cheese...broil. YUM!

Buffy I hope you got your pizza fix. Pizza always looks so good, but then I have to remember I don't do cheese, it is the only time I really wished I did....
