Last night did some overeating snacking in the form of 2 dates (they are amazing!!!), coconut (sweetened - couldn't find unsweetened), semi sweet chocolate morsels and some sliced almonds. You are right, it could have been way worse. Then TOM arrived this morning and it all made sense. (btw - used the purple container for all the craziness to be stored in) And wrote it down. And finished drinking all my water for the day. BAM! How you like THAT?!?
