I have hit the 30# mark!!! My goal was, 150lbs I'm so close but I am even more thrilled! I still have a few more days, and I feel the need to eat clean and get everything off that I can. Might even have a steak day over the weekend to squeeze a little extra....

153.4 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
