pulled a hamstring and glute.. not even working out.. just goofing off.. so annoyed bc yesterday was a legs day and i couldnt give it my all.. On a side note // Quest protien chips. 5 net carbs. Went great with lunch!

I get frustrated, too, when I pull a muscle and have to lay off of it for a bit. Still, losing weight is 80% food and 20% exercise, which means that you can still drop lbs. if you take care with the calorie counts. You'll be fine, you got this.
