Sugar/Sweets are the enemy!!! (Mine anyway!!)
159.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

its addicting,, it should be illegal its right up there with Heroin,, you wouldn't give your kids heroin would you ?? but People feed their kids sugar all day long . And wonder why Type 2 Diabetes is an epidemic .,, sorry,, Just ranting !! That's what the word sugar does to me Arrrgh !!
