Can you take a walk on your lunch break? That is sometimes when I fit mine in.

Exercise is sometimes really hard to fit in with a demanding work schedule. Nice that you are back on your plan.

It's actually pretty easy when I work from home, which is a few times a week. Work with phone and computer and in shorts and a tshirt. I have my recumbent bike in my home office and will get in 10 minutes worth of torture and then get back to work. I will usually do this on the hour so I can easily get in 60 minutes during a typical workday. But lately I've had work at the office which is 35 miles away so that makes it tough, especially with the traffic going into Los Angeles. I do walk skwhite but I usually wear a suit and tie. Not conducive to the hot weather in Southern California; though on cooler days I have done that and I like it.

Most important is that you're back on track with things and going back down in weight, nice job.

I wouldn't want to walk in a suit and tie either. =)
