Dropped a tiny bit more. Have a date so let's see if I can get her to hit the gym in my complex after a late dinner! Lol


Ok...a long walk on the beach since I only got a little workout this morning?
216.6 lb Lost so far: 52.4 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
