Pterath's Journal, 25 September 2015

OMG 10.5 hrs of painting. I was dog tired when I finished at 8:30 pm and showered watched a show and crashed. That ME TIME I talked about yesterday morning really did not happen. But I did finish listening to the first book of the Game of THrones as I painted yesterday. So Was entertained while I worked. Helps me focus too.

This morning I feel butt-dragging tired and stiff sore joints from all the standing/walking/ladder-climbing/painting with brush or roller.... Zapped is how I still feel. Swollen in the shoulders/hands/elbows. And my weight was up though I was on plan. So, I think that is all my muscles holding fluids. YUCK!

I have started with stretching and next is cleaning up the mess from last night I soaked the brushes and such but now I need to clean out the room so I can strip the floor.

Another long day ahead. But I really want to see the end of the road. The walls are gorgeous in the morning light. I love the color. But the camera is still at the warehouse - hubby still using it.

I am off to get motivated.

Hydrate, water and lot's of stretching!! I love your inspirational quote about not being a tree. :) I don't ever imagine you standing around doing nothing, you just don't seem to have to time to do that.

HAng with it - you are right that muscles hold fluids - I always weigh heavier after the gym.
