I'm back to tracking today. It's back to work tomorrow after a weeks vacation. My next vacation I will try to track as it makes me think about eating. Too many missed meals and not the best nutrition as short on veggies and fruits, not eating junk but have had some beer.
I need to get moving shortly as it's a pretty early fall day and much to get accomplished. I also badly need a workout so plans are to start the day with a 30 min TRX video to stretch out these muscles. 19,422 steps yesterday working on the garage clean out which I need to finish today. I'm sure my neighbors do not appreciate the mess in my yard and driveway, LOL
Tomorrow's plan is a trip to Sprouts to stock up on fruits and veggies as the frig is nearly empty. Actually not a bad thing as everything will be a new start. I need to be mindful of not buying too much and wasting it as I've done that again recently. I do need to cook up the cauliflower and cabbage that is left in my frig sometime today.

Agreed, it is. Made it through about half of my workout. I hadn't taken my morning asthma drugs and started getting dizzy. The pollen counts are high and the windows are open, too nice out to keep the ac running. Letting my body re-adjust for a few and took my meds. I will finish the workout later. So off to the shower and the rest of my day.

Dizzy is not good. Body needs fuel, too. Good luck with the asthma stuff - it is such an uncomfortable feeling.

My allergies started kicking in the past days; still warm in Alabama but the breeze is kicking up the dust and leaves that are starting to fall.

Kclab, fall is usually rough for me with all the leaf dust and leaf mold. Hope it's not for you. The dizzy went away after asthma meds kicked in, it usually means short on the old O2

YAY! made my 70,000 steps this past week. First time in awhile. I need to work on that again more, no sitting when I get home from work. Some days it's a car ride and sitting watching a game but not one until maybe Friday. They are too far away I limit the distance that I will go. No menu plan as I don't know what veggies I will find. I do have a bean and veggie soup and a coconut cauliflower lentil ones made so I do have lunches ready to scoop and go. Also I'm getting some greens coming back with the cooler weather and am using those and lime basil in my smoothie tomorrow, the kale at the corner store was all yellowed and limp, will get some tomorrow.

i have to say I have never had asthma and I feel for you folks that do have it. DH does as does the EX but the kids *knock on wood* have never developed it and they are 12 and 16. Hope that means they got my good lungs. Congrats on the 70k steps I managed 55k and change.

Heidi, I'm always happy to share, if I remember what I put into something LOL. Kelly, I hope your kids stay that way, I didn't have it until I was in my mid 30's. Glen, no thanks, on cleaning the garage weekly ;)) I'd get really bored with that. Redgirl, it usually has more affordable options than large grocery stores. I also needed all natural laundry det, shampoo, and to stock up on 5,000 iu vitamin D for the winter. Whole foods is too far, and the little natural food stores (most don't sell much food) are too pricey for me. Just the way the steps added up :D
