It's weird doing a journal at night. I usually do them in the morning. My schedule is all messed up. P working nights this week has totally cut down on my day time computer usage. The computer is in our room so when she is sleeping I can't use it. It's all good though. It's only for a few more days.
I'm struggling with my food. AGAIN. I'm not sure what is going on. I'm so freaking obsessed with getting below 300 that it's screwing around with my head. I mean, how many times do I have to re-loose weight because i haven't eaten enough?? It's not like I DON'T KNOW what happens when you stall your metabolism. I just have to keep eating. LOL.
I'm getting my hair done this week. I think I'm going to go for something totally different. Not sure what though. Time for a change I think.
I don't really have alot to say tonight. I have another headache and it's bothering me. I don't want another migraine like last week. yuck.

Yes, it is weird to just now be reading a post from you. lol I've been looking for it all day. I hope you don't get another migraine. :( You are SO close to being out of the 300's. Slow and steady (although frustrating) wins the race. Keep up the great work!

That's funny.. I've been thinking seriously about a change of hairstyle, color, cut... something for a couple of weeks. I think I'll just take the plunge. It takes me longer since my hair seems to grow SO slowly! And I know the hurdles of a number barrier. I think we all have them - just different numbers. I don't know what it is about a number in our head that exerts such power over us. Sometimes it's best to go about your eating/exercise schedule as planned, but don't weigh yourself for a couple of weeks when you're almost to that weight (whatever number messes with your head... and they change as your weight changes! Just a heads up). As long as you've continued doing what you had been doing, when you get back on the scale, you've blown passed that number. Doesn't always work, but often it has in the past. NO, NO...not another migraine! I just love the thought of a new do! Every once in awhile, I get the excitement build up in me to want to cut my hair short...and go blonde! (then my husband laughs his head off and pleads with me not to...) Haven't done it yet, but there's always tomorrow!!! LOL! Much Love.

Let the over-focused, obsessive thoughts go and stick to the original plan. Could it be the headaches are driven by lack of adequate nutrition? I know for me that happens. At your weight and height, you should be eating more (if your food calendar is correct) and could be your body is trying to tell you something. Remember not to rush this or overthink it. Just do it. ;)♥
