the scale toggled between 185 and 186 so to be fair, I'm going with 186, which is pretty darn good in my book! decided to take it back to basics a bit today and revert back to some of the induction meals. No special reason other then I like olives and cheddar or simple salads. And it cant hurt.I made some fat bombs last night so looking forward to that before the gym. My DH is off today and he is gonna fry me up a whole pack of pork chops. Doesn't hurt to be prepared. I feel good today. Focused. Ready to rumble.

Goals for the week:
1. Follow my work out plan/schedule and don't skip any gym days
2. Drink 60oz of H2O a day
3. Log everything HONESTLY
4. Continue to be flexible and make this a way of life
5. Try something new. Either a new dish or exercise.
