Busy s a bee today. Made two whole packs of bacon and sausage for the week. And Im making fat bombs and doing some laundry. Taking a break from walking today but Mike and I did hit the gym for a quick ab work out and I feel like with all the housework I have planned today, I should get some decent "cardio". Mike starts college tomorrow and has been at his part time job two weeks now. We are still waiting on the dr. to sends some records to the Navy to clear him.It still could go either way so he is pushing thru and staying busy. I am the proudest mom in the world. My oldest Jay is getting married in June so it another goal for me.. Lose weight and look good for my son's wedding. If and when Mike leaves, my brother has agreed to take his place as my gym partner. We'll know soon, I hope. Still working on finding my happy balance and making this a way of life and I can honestly say, today I feel good about myself, my plans, my body and it can only get better from here. I know Ive had some rough patches these last 2 weeks and everyone here has been great at helping maintain my focus and keeping my eyes on the prize. I cannot live with out my fat secret and all my buddies support. Looking forward to a loss tomorrow. Crossing my fingers. Planing my work and working my plan. Happy Sunday ya'll..
