Your numbers have been great this past few days....what do you attribute to that? I recall that you had a few days when the numbers were higher and wondered if you have figured out what exactly triggered the higher numbers. My numbers can go higher when I miss sleep, am stressed to the max, or aren't careful with what I ingest. Am so glad to see your numbers are getting lower and lower!

it could have been a number of factors, bad meter, poor sleep and arthritis which caused some of the sleep problems. Been in a lot of pain for the last couple of weeks and starting to feel better. I have Lupus and Fibromyalgia and when they flare it raises my blood sugars, but also higher blood sugars causes flares. I just have to trust in my God to take care of it.
