Today marks the 2 year anniversary of the first time I stepped foot in a gym. So much has changed about me as a person, both physically and mentally. Its pretty great looking back on the past 2 years. All of the failures, mistakes, and triumphs. It has only begun!

WOOT!! WOOT!! I have my photo --membership card--in my wallet from my first visit @ 192 pounds. I agree on the changes one can stumble on one this journey. For me also it has affected so much of my life...
