@ current body weight of 180 lbs.

Bench Press: 215 lbs. x 2 reps (120% bodyweight)

Barbell Squat: 245 lbs. x 3 reps (136% bodyweight)

Deadlift: 365 lbs. x 1 rep (203% bodyweight)
