MORE GREAT NEWS GUYS.I just took Mike to his annual check up and for the 1st time in forever he's not considered obese. This is huge for us bc our last dr's appt they really let us have it about his weight. We both left that last visit feeling pretty sh!tty. He was 16 yrs old at the time and was at 210 lbs which wasn't good for his height.His "ideal" weight is 150-165 and he is at 185 now but he still falls with in that normal "range" for his height and age and is not over the limit causing him to be obese. Ya, can he stand to lose some more, sure.. but not being called obese by your dr is huge, especially for kid. They did a breathing study and he out grew his asthma and doesn't even need to carry a rescue inhaler any more. Another wonderful result thats came about the lifestyle change of ours....
