Another Hump Day and 1 July 2015 already, seems like yesterday I was bitching about the cold.

One thing I wanted to mention on here was have you really looked at some of the new profile pictures folks are putting up? Some good looking noticeably thinner people on which is great.

Remember push yourself no else can push you as hard as you can modify your exercise if you need stay hydrated and good form over reps any day, just keep showing up and you can do it if you did ten push-ups and couldn't do eleven keep trying and soon you will be doing 15-20 or more.

Look at some of the profiles on here FS people are losing weight and keeping off, some have lost the weight of a whole person 100-115 lbs and more. Thanks you for your support

It's always great to see the progress and success of others here including yours - you've done great. Helps to keep me motivated for sure. Since I workout alone I try to keep asking the question, am I pushing myself hard enough? It is nice when you find that what you've been doing that used to push you to the limit no longer does that and you realize you can push further now. Have a great July 1!

I LOVE "good form over reps" - that is so true. I am using heavier weights and sometimes cannot do all the reps. Trainer says, "OK do what you can and then drop down in weight and complete the set" - this seems to work because eventually I can do all the reps with the heavier weight, and then move up to the next one!
