Two pounds this week! I'm really happy about this because we went to a BBQ, and while I stayed within my calorie range (just barely) I did "cheat" and have some of the apples from inside a piece of apple pie and a scoop of ice cream.

Best of all, this week's weigh in brings me to the 30 POUND milestone! If someone told me a few months ago that I'd be thirty pounds lighter by now, I would have laughed. Deep down, I've always wanted to shed all this weight I've been holding on to since my mid-twenties, but I obviously didn't want it enough to bite the bullet and stop stuffing my dang face and endangering my health. I'm not sure what happened to me a few months ago. Maybe it was the realization that my daughter was getting chubby and the example I've been setting was the wrong one. Whatever it is, I'll take it. I'm donating all my "fat clothes" because as I pass from one size to another, I know I'm NEVER going back there.

216.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
