Hi! I am 50 years old, I always weighted about 118 - 125 lbs, I gain my weight from a broken leg and medicines, I now have to have a hip replacement, I have a bad back and bad knees,and a few other medical problems. (which holds me back from a lot of exercise) I am a grandmother of 6, one which I watch 4 days a week, I exercise in my pool. but I really want to lose weight before I agree to surgery.My heart Dr. has given me a diet to follow but it is hard.

I would like to change my goal weight,
I would like to change my goal weight since I am starting at the beginning, and would like to start with smaller goals, but I don't know where to go to change it, could someone help me

I average about 1000 - 1200, I feel good, my weight in will be tomorrow, I never use to eat 3 meals, but now I have started, but its the snacks in between that kill me, so I have just been doing a piece of fruit or celery to try and fill in those spots, but I feel so stuff, I am trying to adjust it for myself, I see my reg Dr. on July 8th so I will see what she says, but I will let everyone know how its going. Thanks!!!

Thanks for the comment, He is my heart Dr. , and he wants be to lose at least 25 lbs before I have hip replacement, bit he wants me to lose a total of about 57 lbs, the diet he has me on is the grazing diet, 6 ozs of water every hour, eat 150 cals every 2 hrs, main meals 400 cals, I find it hard I feel stuffed all the time. my eating habbits are pretty good, maybe toast at breakfest, salad at lunch and then a reg dinner, maybe something stir fried veggs, or a pasta, snacks I try to stick to raw veggies, celery sticks, or fresh fruit, and i only avg between 900 - 1100 cals total. I told him I would give this plan at least 3 months but i just can eat enough cals.

thank you everyone, I will try those things, I look at the food tracker and my carbs are always high, is that good (what should they be around )
