mars2kids's Journal, 11 June 2015

It's a sleepy day today. It stormed last night and it's gloomy today, so I think the dark day is making me tired.

Last night I didn't do a workout. I was going to do some stretching exercises but was on the computer paying bills, bought a father's day gift, and bought myself a new workout DVD series, and before I knew it, it was time for bed. I'm hoping I can go for a run after work today. As long as it's not storming again I should be able to get out and it's supposed to be cooler so it could make for a nice run. I ordered the T25 workout series last night, so hopefully I'll get that be the end of next week and it will be worth it. It's 25 min. workouts, so I'm hoping that the short time will encourage me to stick with it.

Not much new here today. I'm still trying to keep that positive attitude I had yesterday, but it's definitely harder when you're sleepy. Also, someone brought in cookies for a coworkers birthday, I can't eat them because of my diet, but if I weren't on the diet I wouldn't have had the will power to say no. Hopefully I can keep saying no to things when I start adding foods back in.

I hope everyone has a great day!!

Good job on the cookies. :) I think you'll be able to keep saying no, because you're doing such an awesome job now!

Well done on saying no to the cookies! The more you stay away from office treats the easier it gets!

Great job avoiding the cookies - when you add back after the elimination is over, you will likely choose healthy adds rather than any old thing! You are doing so well with it - I know it has not been easy. I have a friend who did the same thing but learned what she can eat and not eat and her pain is gone.
