Another whirlwind visit to FS today. Feel fortunate that my plan for the week is intact (but then, it is only Monday).

I am on the same treadmill....loader hand called in this morning sick so that meant that I would be the secretary and loader hand. HARD job for a woman! Almost too hard of a job for a 68 yr. old woman. Then the loading pump on the ramp decided to burn out....had to help load chemical, maps, etc. to send to another location...phone is ringing constantly with people needing work, and on and on and on. Meanwhile DH and I took apart the old pump and hooked up another which needed more manly skills and to which I improvised!!!!! I have had my exercise as I lifted and broke 18 pound jugs all morning, carried empty and cartons to burn pit, and ran the forklift. I thought of you as I wanted to grab a bag of something to ease the stress......BUT I didn't. I had planned my treats, my lunch, and my snacks....so far I have made good choices. This will be the only entry I make today as my phone is ringing. Just wanted to touch base and let you know that I understand your whirlwind mode thoroughly. You keep making good choices and thanks for keeping me on track!

Gwen, hang in there, sounds like you need more help!! You definitely had your exercise!!! Make sure that you are getting water.

Right Buffy, sometimes it seems like there is no time except what you have to accomplish. It's like commitments take every second especially if you are working full time.
